Upon such time, the property will be available again to be sold to someone else. If, after that time you decide to bring the note up to date and pay off the outstanding balance, you can resume payment on the property as per the original agreement.
Are mineral rights included in your properties?
It depends. Typically, mineral rights are not included unless specifically stated on the listing. This never seems to be an issue with most people but it's best to check with the specific listing.
Can I build or place an RV or similar amenity on my property?
This will vary based on local laws and regulations, as well as potential Homeowner Association (HOA) or Property Owner Association (POA) bylaws. We sell land all across the country, so we cannot make a blanket statement here as to what you can or cannot do. Check with local officials to see what is allowed in your area based on county zoning laws.
